A mild green chili pepper stuffed with our distinct white cheese, fried, and topped with a red sauce. Accompanied by mexican rice and beans to satisfy your palate and stomach.

Polo Loco con Chorizo
An 8oz. grilled chicken breast topped with mexican sausage. Served with rice and beans to delight your taste buds.

El Patron (The Boss)
12” flour tortilla stuffed with seasoned beef,
onions, mushrooms, green peppers, diced
potatoes and a touch of jalapenos then
blanketed with Queso Blanco.

El Cameron Enchiladas
Shrimp enchiladas stuffed with onions and tomatoes then topped with a white cheese sauce. Finished off with a serving of rice and beans.

Free delivery up to 5 miles.

A $1 charge will applied for every mile over 5 miles.

A 50% deposit is due at time of finalizing your event.

Charges will apply for non-returned catering equipment.
